| TRU Machine Division
provides our customers the expertise, technology and resources
necessary to meet their component cost targets and ensure
the success of their programs. We specialize in machining
complex parts and difficult materials, often with short lead-time
requirements.
Since 1968, companies have looked to us for design assistance,
material selection, tooling, production expertise and quality
control procedures.
Products and Services
TRU Machine’s capabilities include prototyping, precision
machining and light assembly, both short and long run
production on small to medium parts.
Through the use of Value Engineering, your project will be
processed to meet your goals of quality, price and delivery.
Our staff will work closely with your engineers to develop
the most cost-effective method of manufacturing, from design
to prototype to production.
Through the continuous improvement procedures of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003,
our highly skilled employees look for ways to improve the
processes for better and more cost effective ways of doing
their jobs.
Technology
Utilizing CAD/CAM technology, prints can be downloaded from
computer directly to our shop floor. By developing machining
cells that include state-of-the-art CNC milling, CNC turning,
and miniature Swiss equipment, we can provide you with a turn-key
manufacturing solution that enables us to provide any machining
and/or assembly required.
Markets
Since our beginning, TRU Machine has been producing
complex parts for the medical, homeland defense, military,
computer and commercial industries from all types of materials—including
titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, (i.e.,
Ultem, Delrin, Pomalux, ABS, UMHW and many others), plus other
exotic metals. And, by designing and manufacturing our own
tooling in-house, we’ve become experts at correctly
processing piece parts.
