Division began operations in 1978 as a complete precision
machining service center. In addition to our machining capability
we are a full service plastic fabricator of specialty machines.
We also build and assemble to our customers’ specifications,
including in-house control panel assembly.
Our efforts are focused on addressing our customers’
needs with high quality products, on time, every time.
Products and Services
As a complete machining service center we offer CNC milling
and turning for both prototype and minimum to large production
runs for our customers. Our highly skilled workforce is committed
to meeting our customer’s emergency requirements and
offer 24 hour, 7 days per week quick turnaround programs,
upon request.
The company machines a wide range of metal materials and Hi
Purity plastics.
Our fabrication capabilities include the concurrent engineering
of custom machines such as: wet processing (develop, etch
and strip lines), filtration systems, plating tank lines,
wafer washers, electrical and machine guarding, etc.
Markets
Douglas Manufacturing serves the semi-conductor, environmental,
medical, electronics, recreational, lawn/garden, aerospace/defense,
food and commercial products industries.
